Eric A. Segura
Services are scheduled at 2 p.m., Friday, May 23, 2008, at Our Lady of Grace Church for Eric A Segura, 1401 W. Mahone St., Artesia.

Mr. Segura, 35, died Sunday, May 18, 2008, in Lake Arthur.

Fr. Chris Santangelo, SS.CC. will officiate at the services, with burial at Lake Arthur Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Martin Chavarria, Mario Grado, Steven Olivas, Ventura Doporto, Gabriel Montoya and Jude Chavez.

Visitation will be at Terpening & Son Mortuary Thursday beginning at 10 a.m. A rosary will be recited at Our Lady of Grace Thursday at 6:30 p.m.

Mr. Segura was born April 18, 1973, in Artesia, the son of Felipe Valenzuela and Christy (Segura) Valenzuela.

He was a life-long resident of Lake Arthur and Artesia.

He worked as an accountant for Navajo Refinery and the Ritter Company. Eric was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, and the Artesia Moose Lodge.

Eric was preceded in death by his mother, and his grandparents, who raised and adopted him, Justina and Lucio Segura.

Survivors include his brother, Phillip Segura, and wife, Cindy, of Dexter; nephews, Phillip Justin, and Isaac Lucio Segura, both of Dexter.
