Need information on both of these men. I know the family came from Hamburg, Germany. Fred and Harry and also Paul Seidenstucker went to California in early 1900s. Areas concerned seem to be Santa Monica, and L.A. Write to me Wseiden@aol.com

I have found a picture of an Alice Seidenstucker/sticker who was with some of my realives. Does that name mean anything to your family? May have married a Noel Bennett, divorced him, and remarried. Married young, died young according to my father. Also, do the names Fritz, Henry, and Ida mean anything to you? I have found the burial site of Mrs. August Seidenstucker who was Louisa Vogel Seidenstucker. No death certificate yet. Died in 1907, buried in Bay City, Mi., and no tombstone. August may have had, besides Charles, Marilyn, Jerrold and possibly, William.

We have missing family that we can not account for. There was a Herman, William, Marilyn, Jerrold, Kenneth, August, Gustav, Wilhelmena, Ida Seidenstucker. All are descendants from family from Hamburg, Germany. They lived at one time in Buffalo, NY, Bay City, MI. Most moved to California or possibly Ohio/Indiana. I hope you can help me find these people.

Michelle, I am in Tavares, Fl. right now, but going back to Mich. on Monday. I have a SS form for Albert Seidenstucker from Fl. Very difficult to read names. His fathers name was Gustav and wife possibly was Sarie or Sara. If this is correct, and these names mean something to you, we are related. I wish you had contacted me earlier. There is a Seidensticker in Leesburg, contacted him, but he has not got back to me. Seidenstucker was really Seidenstiicker, so the names are the same.

I have a file of names, dates, and so on. I will be willing to send it to you if you send me your email address. If I can read this correctly, you are in Indiana. I have been running thru the records in Indiana and Ohio for months now, trying to make sense of some of them. My email address is Wseiden@aol.com. I have a website set up, but it is closed except by invitation. Send me your address and I will put your name on the site. You do not know how exciting this is. I have been on this for two years and was at a standstill. I did find a living cousin in Ca and went to visit him when we went out there as tourists. He is from a brother of my grandfather and I have never met him. 62 years and he is in 70's.

Blanche Hastings is not a name that has come up in my gene pool. There was a seidenstucker who's father was Gustav Seidenstucker and basically disappeared. All of the family members had the habit of changing the spelling of their name such as Sidenstecker, stucker, sticker, and stiicker. I even found a Seidentricker who is related and was my grandfather's father.

Well, HI...We are probably cousins somewhere down the line. My grandfather Franz came over from Germany with 3 brothers and a sister. Franz married Louisa
Vogel and had two sons William and Herman. I am William's daughter, and still in contact with Herman's children who now live in Florida. I never realized that there are so many of us. Michigan, Ohio, Florida, California and now Indiana. There are two brothers involved in my lineage. When Franz died,
his brother August or Gustav married Louisa and had two more sons, names unknown to me. Anyway, I guess somewhere down the line, William and Herman decided to spell their name differently. I grew up as a Sidenstecker. I have been in touch with Bill Seidenstucker in Bellaire, Michigan and he has filled me in on his grandfather's line. Love to hear from you. You can reach me at ...mamateucks @ aol.com. Love to hear from you......your cuz

When we moved from Florida here to Indiana we did a small search, and saw there was a group of Seidenstuckers' in Bay City, Michigan. Sorry we didn't follow up. My husbands name is Kip, and his father's name is Walter. Walter and the Albert you mentioned are brothers. What a small world. Walter and Miriam Seidenstucker had 5 children: Karl William, Kurt, Kimberly Ann, Kirk, and Kip. Karl has a daughter Krysal. They live in West Palm Beach, FL. Kurt has 4 children: Kurt Edward, Katie, Kyle, and Kody. He lives in Clewiston, FL. Kimberly had two children: David and Daryl. Kirk died at the age of 5 or 6. Kip and I have five children: Kathleen, Kip, Kristina, Kassie and Kellie. Walter divorced Miriam and married a woman named Charlene. They had two sons, Chuck and Mark. We live in a small town, Gosport, IN. We moved here from Boca Raton, FL about 15 years ago. You say Gustav was Walter and Alberts father?? How are you related. Our e-mail address is seiden@smithville.net. Hope to hear from you soon.
