Hi Francis, Wow! Sorry I could not help. I too am looking for a Frances--my late Aunt. Her brother's name was Robert. Some coincidences. I live in NC and there are some Seiferts living in the Concord area. I used to work with the wife,Melbert, but never discussed any family ties since mine originated in Brooklyn and New York City.
