Did you ever get any replies regarding your query for Valentine Selanders? I have a lot of information that may interest you, if you havne't already found it yourself.
You can find quite a bit of information on Valentine and his descendants on Ancestry.com, as well as just by doing a Google search for "Valentine Selander" + Waldo
I did quite a bit of research, because at one time I thought I was his direct descendant, but it turned out he was a brother of my ancestor. Anyway, if you haven't found any info since you posted this query, let me know and I will definitely be able to help you out.

I have a Christian Selanders as Valentine's father, but no other information on him or wife.

I'm looking for Valentine Selanders. He was born 1785 and died 1868 Waldo, OH. I have his wife as Rachel ?

He is the father of William Selanders b. 1806 Cumberland, PA d. 9 Feb 1862 Waldo, OH
If you have any info on him, I'd really appreciate it.

Hi, my name is Darrah Selanders and I live close to Calgary, Alberta, Canada. My grandfather's name is Keith and I have asked him many times where our family comes from and the best answers that I have received as of yet are "The US." or "we came across on a Viking ship".

I am the son of Martin "Babe" Selanders.I just found Bob and Roy Selanders about about three years ago.Who turned out to be my first cousins.I also found my half brother and sister Jerry Virginia,Who now live in Oregon a year after. When I was a young boy I thought I was the only Selanders in the world.
