Looking for information on Hercules Selden. Hercules was born on the 20th July 1803 in Westfield, Sussex, England. He arrived in New York (USA) on the 7th July 1829 aboard the ship "Corinthian" from there we have not been able to find out any information on him. His Surname may have been misspelt to Seldon but he is from Sussex where it is spelt Selden where if he was from Devon it would have been spelt Seldon. Hercules is the older brother of my Great, Great Grandfather Elias Selden who moved to Australia from England in 1838.
Any information on Hercules would be greatly appreciated.
