Searching for information on James Selkirk, surgeon b. 1792 Scotland, Married to Jane Paterson B. 1793. They were married 5/16/1813, Children Alexander, Janet, Elizabeth, James, Robina and Jane. Alexander married Agnes Buchanan 8/27/1863. Their son James immigrated to Wisconsin in about 1884. He married Ellen Richmond Benson and they had two children: Agnes and James. James and Ellen eventually moved to Waldron, Arkansas and they are both buried there. More information on the Selkirk and Buchanan families would be most appreciated.
