I am looking for help with researching my family tree. My mother and most of my family dies when I was young so I dont have much to go on. My mothers name was DEBORAH J SERPAS she lived in FAIRFIELD, CA. Her mother and father were JOSEPH B SERPAS and CLARA PEARL BICKELL. His parents were JOSEPH E SERPAS and BESS MURPHY. Also they lived in FAIRFIELD. His parents were MANEL F SERPAS and MARIA FURTADO. I have heard that they were originally from the AZORE ISLANDS. The SERPAS' are also related to the CABRALS, BICKELLS, PRATTS, ISSACS. If amyone has any information they would like to share about there families: it may be the missing link that I need.
