Eben - I'm pretty sure Frank Sewall, Jun 1862 died in 1900 between June 12 (census date) & Sept. 19 (wedding date), unmarried. His sister, Amy Peters Sewall married at 35 that year do to a great tragedy according to family legend. Since her Father is mentioned on the Marriage certificate, he was still living. On the 1900 census Mary (Fairbanks) Sewall is listed as having 3 living children in 1910 only 2. And both Amy and her younger sister Mary are living at that time. So my believing is that Frank past and wouldn't be able to support parents and his 2 spinster sister, which was why my Great Grandmother married a wealthy widowed Merchant on Sept 19, 1900. - If I'm wrong let me know please.
