Hi. I am looking for more information on the Shackletons of St. Catherines, in the hopes of discovering a connection to my Toronto Shackletons. My Great Great Grandfather John Shackleton (b. 1837 in England), who worked in Toronto as a varnisher for Heinzmann Pianos, was married to Annie Chatfield (m. about 1861). Her family was from St. Catherines. I am trying to discover whether they were married in Toronto or in St. Catherines, and whether my John Shackleton is related to other Shackletons there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
