Surnames: Shafer, Melchor
Looking for Shafer, entered US possibly in Virginia, settled in Indiana. Had a son named Frank born in Indiana about 1852-1856. May have moved to Indian Territory around or before 1870. Frank is my great grandfather. Frank was married to Mary Lou Melchor. They had three sons: Monroe, Henry (possibly John Henry), and Andrew. The sons were born in Arkansas
