Looking for information on Franklin Sharp b. abt 1856 in NC. Married Louisa Mays abt 1874 also from NC. Louisa Mays was the daughter of Emeline Taylor and James Mays/Mayes. William and Louisa had a son, William John Sharp abt 1875 in Columbus Ohio. A daughter Bessie abt 1879 also in Columbus and a daughter Laura born about 1881 in Ohio, place unknown. Williams date of death is unknown to me. Louisa remarried Joseph Lee about 1884. I do not know if William was deceased or if he and Louisa were divorced When she married Joseph. Franklin and Louisa were my GG Grandparents, William Sharp was my G Grandfather and the father of Huey P. Sharp my Grandfather and father to my mother Lillian Sharp. I am trying to find out Franklin Sharps place of birth in NC and his parents names. Also his place and date of death and any other information on him and his wife Louisa.
