I may have some information about the Shaw family. My Great Grandfather William Crawford married Sarah Elizabeth Shaw of Griggsville, Illinois on 25 March 1886. Williams brother married Sarah's sister Suzanna Shaw on 19 August 1886. Shortly after William and family moved to Whiting, Kansas. Where they lived the rest of their lives. William and Sarah had five children, there names were Russell, Harry, Jesse, Mae and Alice. My Granfather Russell Crawford moved to Kansas City, Kansas, married and lived there with his family the remainder of his life. Thomas and Suzanna had eleven children. Suzanna was Thomas's second wife and he had three children by his first wife. Then after Thomas and Suzanna married, they had eight more children. The first three children were: William, Charles and Robert; then Suzanna's children were: Herbert, Thomas, Raymond, Walter, Lou, Ellen, Beatrice and last Glenna. I do not know if Thomas's family moved to Kansas or not. They may have remained in Griggsville, Illinois. Hopefully this information will do you some good.
