As for the Durandetti connection...I got this in an email from Jim this morning:

The info and photos concerning the Durandetti's are from an Ancestry family tree by Ronald P Senger. I don't know much about them except that they lived in Curwensville early on. The tie to our family is Jennie Teresa Durandetti who married Edward (Edgar) Verra, oldest son of Margherita's sister Melania Cometto Verra. There is a story about Melania and her family that we can also get into later.

According to Senger, Catherine and Joseph Durandetti had nine daughters and no sons and no Anna. Their oldest daughter, Rose, married Lawrence Baritell. She died in Kingwood in 1961. There is an SSDI record 234-32-8139 (WV) for an Anna Durandetti, born 18 Jul 1879 died Jul 1964, last address in West Virginia. I haven't found any connection???? Maybe if you knew her husbands name or her maiden name...

Anna Mollar was my Grandmother Damiana's sister (Aunt Annie). She married Frank Barr and lived Texas. I'm sure there's no connection there.
