I'm looking for a Joshua Shay, born in Tuscarawas County, OH, moved to IL, married Sarah Millage, moved to Taylor County IA, then to Southeast Kansas. I'm particularly interested in two children of his, Rachel(born in Taylor County, IA, Dec. 1859) and Joshua B. (born in Peoria, IL, Oct. 1855)
