I am looking for David Shelley, who's father was Ryder Britton Shelley, Mother Win. (I do not have her maiden name.)

Ryder moved to England about the 1960s and married an English woman.

David Shelley has a son who left a phone number with Ryder's sister in Tasmania, but when we ring this number, it goes to some one who has never heard of the Shelleys.

David has 2 sisters in England who have been searching for him since 1990, when they discovered his existence.

Any information would be much appreciated.
