Dear Sister Jennie,
I received your letter. Sorry you are not feeling well, but glad the children are able to be in school.
You spoke of me having some money at Rutledge of my part of the estate of our home. Well I did not know of any being there for me. You also ask about borrowing this money from me. Why Jennie you go and get that money. I am glad to let you have it. And if you ever get able you can pay me back, if not why I will never think hard toward you.
Hows ant Lula Rucker getting along tell her I often think of her and give my love to ants Rosie & Hattie and to all. Tell John Hello for me. Kiss the children for me.
