My gg grandmother, Katherine Shoemaker, was born in 1857, in Pennsylvania. It is believed that she was a twin. She married Michael Reimel, born in 1856. Michael also was a twin. His twin brother was named William. Katherine's mother's maiden name may have been Siebert. My grandmother has a wool blanket that was woven in Easton, Pennsylania that was woven by someone with the last name Siebert, from about 1810.
