Surnames: Shupe, Crowther
My grandmother was LaCharle Shupe born in Etna, Pennsylvania in 1892. Her parents were Charles R. Shupe, born in 1860, a department store chain owner, who died due to pneumonia after fighting a fire, around 1882, and Adelaide Crowther. They were married in Blairsville, PA, in 1880. Any info on Charles and his parents or anything at all regarding the Shupe line would be very much appreciated.
