I will do some digging myself. I now remember my mother answering some questions for a man writing a book on Shurtleffs. That could have been 30 years ago. This must have been the book your speaking of. Any questions you may have on Visual Effects let me know. The first film I ever worked on was Star Wars. I'm working with John Dykstra again on Spiderman. I've been doing this a few years now! Don't know beans about my family!!!! Oh, I also just discovered a woman named Deborah Sampson fought in the revolutionary war, under her brothers name Robert Shurtleff. I'm trying to find out how she came by Shurtleff, was it her mothers maden name?
