Sibbet family of Newcastle, England, in the 19th century

Surnames: Sibbet, Burns, Siddall
Hello,

I'm trying to trace my grandfather's family, the Sibbets, and have managed to trace back 4 generations, but then hit a wall. The earliest relative I found was Henry Sibbet (born 1837 in NEwcastle upon Tyne, married to Henrietta, and father of four children - Charles, John Francis, Henry and Alfred Sibbet). Has anyone found anything on the Sibbets of Newcastle upon Tyne? Can anyone go back any earlier?

I also have three portraits of ancestors, that I have been unable to find in the records. One is of a woman called Elizabeth Burns; she apparently married Henry Sibbet (an earlier Henry Sibbet - possibly in the 1840s?), who died. She then married a man whose surname was Siddall (Or a variant spelling). I think they were much earlier than I've been able to trace. Does anyone know anything about them?

Thanks!

Tzipporah
