My father was Antone Azevedo Silvia born in Fall River Mass. on 14 Oct. 1907. His parents were John Silvia and Maria (Souza.
They lived at 32 E. Main Street and were originally from the Azores (St. John's Island I believe). He had a number of older brothers and sisters includeing one brother George Silvia who was a Connecticut State police man and another who changed his name to Howaland (or somethig like that) and lived in Springfield Mass.
