William Simpson was born about 1730; Janet Robertson about 1730.

They had the following children:

Agnes - b 15 Dec 1754
Janet - b 30 Apr 1758
Jean - b 11 Jan 1761
Margaret - b 17 Apr 1763

I know it's fairly vague, but I do believe they were all born in Scotland.

"My" line is:
James (their first born) married Betty Penman b 1758 - they were married 12 Sept 1779 in Culross, Perth, Scotland. They had the following children; William (b 1780), Elspeth (b 1782), Eupham (b 13 Dec 1784), and Richard (b 22 May 1787 in Culross, Perth, Scotland).

Richard (their last son) married (about 1814) Janet Penman Bowman (b 22 Apr 1789) and had the following children; Richard (b 3 Jan 1815), Janet (b 28 Jun 1817), James (b 11 Jun 1820), Andrew (b about 1823), William (b about 1826), David Bowman (b 8 Apr 1827), Alexander (b 27 Sep 1829), and Betty (b 8 Feb 1833).

Alexander (their last son) married (22 Nov 1852 in Cameron, Fife) Mary Bain/Bayne (b about 1827) and had the following children; Richard (b about 1854), Euphemia (b 22 Nov 1855), Janet (b 5 Nov 1857), Alexander (b 28 Apr 1860), and Mary (b 19 Jun 1862).

Richard (their first born) is/was my 3rd Great Grandfather.
