I am trying to trace my family back to Henry Sinclair Earl of Orkney, but have got stuck on the parents of Catherine Josephine Rushton Sinclair, born in Liverpool in 1848 I think. She married a Wm Allan in Waterford, Ireland in 1874, her father was John from Scotland a marine engineer I think. She was buried in Glasgow in 1935.Any info please e-mail me .
