I am interested in the Singleton's from Birkenhead as my grandmother was a singleton, her father was Hugh Singleton, born 1893, his father was William Singleton, born 1855.I know that William had 2 brothers Hugh Singleton, bishop of shrewsbury, and Alderman Charles Singleton but I am unsure of earlier generations.
