My client(birth name Julie Anna Sipes) is a 45 years old woman who was adopted in in June of 1964 after being born June 16, 1964 at St. Joseph Hospital in Tacoma. Her adopted parents have both passed away and she is seeking information about her birth mother. The little information she has is that her birth mother's last name was Sipes and that she would be between 57-60 years of age today.
