Surnames: SKAGGS, WOOD, KINCAID, KINKADE, KINCADE
I'm looking for information on Frances Skaggs b. 1825 daughter of Richard Skaggs and Susanna Wood. They were married Fayette Co WV 1845. I can't find them on any census.
There is a Samuel Kincaid who married Rebecca in 1852. Maybe Frances died and he remarried? Could this possibly be the same Samuel?
