I am looking for any information on Henry C. Skaggs born Oct. 5, 1823 somewhere in
Kentucky. He married Ellen
Robertson in
Kentucky and they moved to the
Lockart, Tx. area somewhere around 1851. He is my gggrandfather and I can't seem to find record of him in
Kentucky
