Help! I have been searching for my grandfather and some of his relatives. He was born Joseph Berry Skaggs on May 1, 1918 in Carlile, Arkansas. He married my grandmother Elizabeth Sue Copeland and they had two little boys. Joseph Berry Jr. and Harold Edgar. Then he left my grandmother and never heard from him again.
