I am trying to find my Slawinski family. My grandmother was Valerie Rose Slawinski, born in Newark, NJ in 1896. Her father was John (also called Syzmon) Slawinski and her mother was Risalia Zarnowski. My grandmother married Christopher A. Schumacher in Newark in 1922. She MAY have had a brother named Walter, as an Uncle Walter is referred to in her son's baby book, my only source of clues at this point.
