Is Randolph SMALLWOOD related to William SMALLWOOD of the 1810 Madison Co., KY census? I found the following query from 2002, but cannot reach the person who posted it. I would very much like to either find that person, or at least find the answer to my question:

Four children: Margaret 1808 Shelby (Tincher); Jonas/James 1810 Shelby (Bullock); Elizabeth 1814 Estill (McGuire); Wm. J. 1819 Estill (Hamilton). Have lots on the Smallwoods to share."
