Murphy &amp;amp; Nancy Smaltz that the said intestate died&lt;br&gt;seised? in his demesia? as of? fee? of and in a certain tract of land situate in the&lt;br&gt;township of Rush and county aforesaid Containing about one hundred acres&lt;br&gt;adjoining lands of Jacob Reed, Casper Reed  Roger Wolverton &amp;amp; Maybury&lt;br&gt;Ke?in with the appurtanances, The Petitioner therefore prays the Court to award&lt;br&gt;an inquest to make partition of the premises aforesaid to and among the children&lt;br&gt;and representative of the said intestate, in such manner and in such proportion&lt;br&gt;as the Law of this Commonwealth is directed if such partitions can be made&lt;br&gt;without prejudices to or spoiling the whole, but, if such partition cannot be made&lt;br&gt;thereof, then to value and appraise the same and make report of their&lt;br&gt;proceedings scir?ein according to Law. MURPHY; and Nancy.</description>

I find him Miami, AZ in in 20's and 30's as a Miner.  He married Jessie Bowen about 1925 in Arizona and adopted a child - Charlie Smaltz.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I know he moved to Pitsburg, Kansas in the 30's and died there in 1944.  </description>

      <description>not related - for your info only &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Smaltz, Robert H.    &lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; Robert H. Smaltz, 74, died September 24, 2007. He was born in Pontiac, Michigan. During recent years, Robert had suffered from failing health and at the time of death, was residing with relatives in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Robert retired from the Air Force after 24 years of service as a Sergeant. During his military career, he was stationed in England, Viet Nam, Japan, Korea and Norton AFB in San Bernardino. He was also a retired Security Officer for Sunskist Products of Ontario. Robert was an avid reader and had a love for all types of books. His interests covered a wide variety of subjects from World Religions to gardening, physical excerise and camping. Robert's knowledge was remarkably broad and he was conversant on nearly any subject. Robert was preceded in death by hiw wife, Ann Smaltz and daughter, Janet Smaltz. He is survived by daughters, Brenda Suberman of San Bernardino, Carolyn Escamilla of Redlands, Sandra Gordon of Ridgecrest; stepsons, Ralph Blair of Forest Grove, Oregon and Jack Blair of Claremont. Robert is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Graveside Service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, October 19th at Bellevue Memorial Park, Ontario. United States Air Force Honor Guard will be in attendance.  &lt;br&gt;Published in the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin on 10/17/2007.  &lt;br&gt;</description>
