"Following an illness of several months, Paul ZMINKA, a well known and respected resident of the Sixth ward, died yesterday morning at the Allentown hospital of complications. Mr. ZMINKA, who was 51 years of age, was admitted to the hospital on December 1.
Born in Eastern Galacia, he came to this country forty years ago and settled in Shenandoah. Thirteen years ago he came to this city, where he was employed by the Lehigh Structural Steel company. He was a faithful member of St. Mary's Ukranian Greek Catholic church, and was affiliated with the St. Nicholas society, Branch 147, of Allentown. He is survived by his widow, Pauline, and eight small children, Anna, Mary, Eva, Samuel, Stephen, Michael, John and Adam, still at home.
The funeral will be held from his late residence, 743 North Front street, on Saturday morning at 9 o'clock. High mass of requiem will be offered at 9:30 o'clock in St. Mary's Ukranian Greek Catholic church. Interment will be made in St. Mary's cemetery."
