Adam Somer, Lancaster Co., PA after 1728

Adam SOMMER (SUMMER, SOMER) came to Pennsylvania aboard the "James Goodwill," David Crockat, Master, from Rotterdam by way of Deal, where it cleared British customs on June 15, 1728. The ship arrived in Philadelphia on September 11, 1728, and Adam's name is "Adam Sommer" in the lists.

I know nothing about his life in Europe before 1728, or anything about his life after arriving in North America -- other than his daughter, Anna Margaretha, was "of Earl Township, Lancaster County" when she married Johannes Jacob Kitzmiller there on April 25, 1732.

Can anyone help me with any details of Adam and his family?

I found this among my notes:
"Michael and Catarine Eliza Somer arrived in Philadelphia on October 8, 1737 aboard the "Charming Nancy" from Rotterdam, Holland. They had come to join their son Adam Somer, who had come to Philadelphia in 1728. They traveled in company with their daughter-in-law, Maria Margaretha (Mentz) Somer, Maria's parents, George and Eva Margaretha Mentz and their grandson, Johannes John Somer. Their son Johann Georg Sommer, would come to Philadelphia the following year."
This came from http://genforum.genealogy.com/s/summers/messages/2690.html Hope this is helpful. I am a descendant of Johann Georg, so am looking for information on him.
Donna Hoffman Schultheiss
