I am looking for information on William Somers. He was born in England, but emigrated to Nova Scotia Canada, in the early 1800's to work in the coal mines of Cape Breton. He was the son of Samuel and Ella/Ellsa?? Somers. He was married to Mary Pero/Pearo/Pierro/Perrault. There were four children as a result of this marriage -- Albert William Somers (b 1861), Margaret Somers (b 1867), Mary Somers (b 1869), and John (Jack) Somers (b 1871). This may have been William's second marriage. I am interested in knowing where he was born in England, and any information on his parents, Samuel Somers and Ella/Ellsa Somers
