It has been some time since I posted and I have obtained some new information on the William Sooter JR and Elizabeth Brown family of Carroll County TN. Most of their children later moved to Barry County MO or Searcy County AR. The children were Permela who married James Melton, Leonard C who may?? have married Mary ?? and moved to IL, William R who married Annah Fly, Greenbury Asbury who married Margaret "Peggy" Fly and Mary Killian Marrs/Mosers, Edward Greenberry who married Martha Fly, Nicea who married William Fly, Eli Brown who married Stacie Adams and Sally/Sarah who married Vincent Palmer.
