Seeking information on Monroe Sooter was he brother to James Matt Sooter? James was my husband's g-grandfather. We have a note written by a Lillie Sooter she calls him Great Uncle Monroe Sooter and says Monroe had a daughter named Josephine who work in Bureau of Statistics in Washington, D C. This is all the info I have on them.
