My grandfather knew nothing of his father except that he moved to California and started another family. My grandfather married Naomi Ramirez and has 4 children. Maria died in Tx many years ago and I was too young to know very much about her. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My Quiroz family was also from Caborca Mexico. I would be surprised if we are related. They used the name of Quiroz y Mora but the Mora was strictly for sob appeal.

My mother and her family left about 1920 to escape Pancho Villa. They moved to Ajo then Tucson where most lived until they died.

I have extensive family background information if you are interested.

My father David Richards, his father Antonio Richard and his father Dr. Alexander Richards were also from Caborca. My aunts and uncles live in California, Nevada, and Oregon, and possibly Arizona.

Interested in finding information about my families origins from Spain.

I found a picture of Jose Calvo Sotelo on the net. He was political figure in Spain that was assassinated in the 1930's I think. He looks alot like my dad and I.
