With further search, I realize I have information for a William Henry Speir, son of Henry Clinton Speir, g-son of John and Rhoda Speir. If this is the same, He was born Nov. 15, 1844 and died before 1937 in Spellman, GA. The name for his wife (Martha Victoria Cannon) does not match the name of hte person identified presumably as his wife in the cemetery.
