A couple years back I posted a message looking for Spikers in Illinois, not really having any idea of actually how many there are. Now it is time to sort out all the Spiker Family lines and try to determine where I belong.

So here it goes! (this is all I know about my family)

My father, Karl Gene Spiker, was born in LaHarpe, IL on Aug 8, 1941. He has 2 brothers, Richard and Robert, and one sister, Alice. His mothers name is Jenny and his fathers name was Eddie or Edward.

My fathers, father Eddie (Edward) died of TB around 1947. This is when my father and his siblings were taken away from their mother Jenny and put into foster homes. The siblings were split up with Richard and Alice gong to the same home and Karl and Robert going to a different home.

Jenny Spiker now currently resides in a home for the mentaly disabled in Lomax, IL.

We have no idea where Richard or Alice is. Robert Spiker, was adopted by his foster parents and is now Robert Ertmoed. He currently resides in Hawaii.
