Looking to identify signature of Alexander Spotswood 1796 VA?

Surnames: Spotswood
Recently I purchased a book entitled "Laws of the United States of America Vol I" published in 1796 in Philadelphia and Printed by Richard Folwell. Owner signature appears to be an Alexander Spotswood.
I have found the Revolutionary War Pension for one Alexander Spotswood of Virginia in this era (Grandson to governor of VA) but I have no way of verifying ID without comparing signatures. Can any one help?
