Ancestors to Celestine Sprague b. 14 Sept 1898

Surnames: Sprague, Phillips, Giles
I am looking for any information on Celestine Sprague. She was at one time married to Gordon M. Phillips on Oct 9 1919. I know that her mother's name is Jennie (Giles) Sprague. I have found them in the 1900 Census for Utah, but no where else. I am specifically looking for any ancestor beyond Jennie, Celestine's Father's given name and any information on him and his ancestors. Needless to say if anyone has names, dates or places I would love to have them. If anyone has any information on any of these individuals or can point me in the right direction on where to look, I would greatly appreciate it.
