I am trying to find the parents of Frank Sprague born 1887 in Franklin Cty NY( I think). He married Agnes Bashaw of Chasm Falls NY in 1909 ( I think) and had 3 children: Dora, Edna, Lawrence. Frank died in 1942 in NY and was buried in Tupper Lake NY He is first listed in the 1900 census as a border/servant for Dr. Harwood of Malone NY.
