Hi
I hope you can help, I am trying to find out my family tree, as I am ninth generation Squire. My earliest ancestor that I can find trace was Hugh Squire a church warden of Abbots Bickington who married in 1708 a Joan Rowcliffe. I know they had five children as follows:
John Squire - Baptised 16th January 1709
Philip Squire - Baptised 19th June 1712 & Buried November 1764
Mary Squire - Baptised 11th February 1714
Richard Squire - Baptised 4th December 1716 & Buried 6th January 1734
William Squire (my direct descendent) - Baptised 9th September 1719 & Buried on the 9th December 1795 & Married an Elizabeth ???
All were Baptised at Bulkworthy.
If you could help me with this, I would be really grateful.
I would love to know if any of his children had children and who got married to who.
Also if someone could give me hugh's parents details, I would be over the moon.
Thanks in advance for anyone who answers my thread.
