I am looking for information on Theophile St Andre born in Cowansville, Quebec Canada about 1853. His parents were Theophile and Susanne Dupuys of Cowansville. He later settled in Douglas Mass and married Elizabeth Donais and had 6 Children. Any info would be appreciated.
