should have finished my response from this posting...my grandfathers parents were Charles and Caroline and yes he was married to Evelyn (Welch) who's father I think was Albert and her mother was Emily(Matty) not sure on the spelling of the last name. I had a list of my ancestors, but with my recent move, I have misplaced it.
