I am trying to locate a James Stai. He goes by Jim or Jimmy Jo. He is a con man. and has ripped off many people of thousands of dollars. Mostly elderly or disabled people. His last known wherabouts was in Cleveland, Ohio. The man has 10 warrants out on him, just in Ohio. He is not to be trusted by any one. I have a small claims suit against him, if anyone can help locate this man, it would be appreciated. Thank you.
