I have done quite a bit of research on the John Leyson family of Wales, who immigrated to the U.S. and died 25 Feb 1889, in Barneveld, Iowa County, Wisconsin. He married Esther in 1831 in Wales. One of his seven children was David Bassett Leyson, b. 1837 in West Penn, Schuylkill Co., Pennsylvania. David and his wife, Esther Watkins, had four children and I am interested in Burr Watkins Leyson, their youngest child, who died in Neihart, Montana in 1928. Burr's second wife, Cora Belle Cartland, was my ancestor. I am trying to locate where they are buried. Most members of the Leyson family were miners and lived in the states of Wisconsin, Montana, Oregon, Utah, Nevada, and Canada.
