<title>Stamford living in Branxton, Northumberland 1760's</title>
      <link>http://boards.ancestry.com/surnames.stamford/10/mb.ashx</link>
<description>I would be grateful for any information regarding Thomas Stamford who married Eleanor Veach 23 June 1761 in Branxton Northumberland. Also any info on their son Thomas Stamford who was born in 1766. Son Thomas married Margaret Purvis/Purves and (accordingly to their son's death certificate) he was a farmer. The 1841 census shows that Thomas and Margaret were living in Coldstream and were of 'independent means'&lt;br&gt;Any help appreciated, thank you</description>
