I am looking for my great grandmother. We believe her name to be Carrie. She had two sons with Jack Carter, Dale and Fulton Stamper (both remained in Russell County VA). Carrie later left Virginia to move to Illinois. She was never seen or heard from again. My grandmother has asked me to begin this search for the grandmother she never knew. Any and all help would be appreciated.
