      <description>The following obit is reprinted from the Aug. 14, 2004 edition of the Wyoming Tribune-Eagle with&lt;br&gt;permission of Cheyenne Newspapers, Inc.  Copyright 2004.  All rights reserved.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Virginia E. Stanczyk&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;1932-2004&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Virginia E. Stanczyk, 73, of Cheyenne died Aug. 11 at United Medical Center-West after&lt;br&gt;a long illness.  She was born May 12, 1932, in Loup City, Neb.  She had been a resident&lt;br&gt;of Cheyenne all her life.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She retired from the state of Wyoming.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral and a member of the Bishop's Guild.  She&lt;br&gt;enjoyed skiing and traveled to many parts of the world.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She is survived by sisters, Ruth Thacker of Boise, Idaho, Arlene Stanczyk of Thornton,&lt;br&gt;Colo., and Judy Nation of Cheyenne; brothers, Don Stanczyk of Seabring, Fla., Norman&lt;br&gt;Stanczyk of Loveland, Colo., Roman Stanczyk of Englewood, Colo., and Joe Stanczyk&lt;br&gt;of Wall Lake, Mich; and several nieces and nephews.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was preceded in death by her parents, Roman and Mary Stanczyk; and two&lt;br&gt;brothers,Arnold Stanczyk and Del Stanczyk.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Rosary service will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at Schrader Chapel.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral Liturgy will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Cathedral with Rev. Gary J.&lt;br&gt;Ruzicka as the celebrant.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Interment will be in Olivet Cemetery.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Note: I am of no relation, but my sympathies go out to those of you who are.&lt;br&gt;This is here as a lasting memorial for Mrs. Stanczyk.</description>

      <description>27 July 1944  Evening News of the Tonawandas&lt;br&gt;Mrs. Anna Stanczyk&lt;br&gt;Mrs. Anna Stanczyk died suddenly yesterday at her home, 2 5th Ave.  Born in Poland, she had resided in N. Tonawanda the past 38 years.  She is survived by her husband, Albert; three sons, John of the U. S. Army, serving in Italy; Michael, serving with the U. S. Army in the South Pacific, and Anthony of the U. S. Navy; four daughters, Mrs. Michael Lorenc of Brandt, N. Y., Mrs. Stanley Koprowski of North Tonawanda and Josephine and Rose at home; three grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Joseph Koza of Boston, N. Y.  Rites will be held Saturday morning at 9:30 from the residence and at 10 o'clock from the O. L. C. church.  Burial will be in Mt. Olivet.&lt;br&gt;</description>
